Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Finable application or flofinance.app website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Finable is an AI-powered personal finance application that helps users track income and expenses, manage budgets, and set financial goals. Features include WhatsApp integration, receipt scanning, voice message analysis, and AI financial coaching.

3. Account Creation

A valid email address is required to create an account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information; report suspicious activity immediately to hello@flofinance.app.

4. Subscription and Payment

Finable offers a Free plan and a Premium plan as described below.

Free Plan

  • Manual transaction entry
  • Basic debt and bill tracking
  • 5 receipt scans per month

Premium Plan

  • Available monthly or annually with prices shown inside the app
  • Includes unlimited receipt scanning, WhatsApp bot access, voice message support, AI insights, proactive alerts, and a monthly AI report

Payment

  • Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Finable does not store your payment information directly

Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store or Google Play
  • After cancellation, Premium features remain until the end of the current period
  • Refund requests are subject to Apple or Google policies
  • Finable has no direct refund policy; platform policies apply

5. Acceptable Use

  • Using the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the system
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineering the service
  • Abusing the system with automated bots
  • Attempting to disrupt the application's operation

6. Financial Disclaimer

Finable is not a financial advisory service.

AI recommendations within the app are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice.

You are responsible for your financial decisions and should consult licensed professionals for important matters.

7. Data Responsibility

Financial data you enter belongs to you, and backing it up is recommended. In the event of service interruptions, Finable is not responsible for any data loss.

8. Service Changes

  • Finable may add, modify, or remove features at any time
  • Pricing may change with at least 30 days notice before annual adjustments
  • Finable may temporarily or permanently discontinue the service

9. Account Deletion

  • You can delete your account from within the app
  • All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of deletion
  • Deleted accounts cannot be recovered

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • Data loss
  • Errors in AI analysis
  • Losses arising from financial decisions
  • Third-party service interruptions (WhatsApp, OpenAI, etc.)

11. Intellectual Property

The Finable application, logo, design, and content are owned by Finable. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

12. Changes

You will be notified by email or in-app notification of significant changes to these terms. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
